Det forventes at kunne ske i l\u00f8bet af en uges tid.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konkurrencemyndighederne i Danmark og Sverige har meddelt, at de ikke ser konkurrencem\u00e6ssige problemer i, at Molslinjen k\u00f8ber rederiet ForSea, som sejler mellem Helsing\u00f8r og svenske Helsingborg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Med godkendelsen i hus kan Molslinjen og deres ejere i EQT Infrastructure tage fat p\u00e5 arbejdet mod closing, hvor den varslede handel kan gennemf\u00f8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dVi er selvsagt tilfredse med myndighedernes vurdering af sagen, og vi er glade for den hurtige godkendelse\u201d, siger Carsten Jensen, administrerende direkt\u00f8r hos Molslinjen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arbejdet frem mod handelens gennemf\u00f8relse forventes at tage op mod en m\u00e5ned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ForSea opererer med fem skibe den ene rute mellem Helsing\u00f8r og Helsingborg, hvor syv millioner passagerer hvert \u00e5r rejser mellem nabolandene.
