Verdens lande s\u00e6tter m\u00e5l for at nedbringe deres udledninger af drivhusgas, men den n\u00e6ste vigtige milep\u00e6l er, hvorn\u00e5r de kan blive klimaneutrale og alts\u00e5 sk\u00e6re udledningerne ned til et minimum og kompensere for de resterende. I Danmark er det praktisk muligt at g\u00f8re endnu tidligere end hidtil antaget \u2013 nemlig allerede i 2040.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det fremg\u00e5r af CONCITOs scenarie&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/concito.dk\/udgivelser\/dansk-klimaneutralitet-2040\">\u2019Dansk klimaneutralitet i 2040\u2019<\/a>. Det beskriver, hvordan fire centrale sektorer kan omstille sig hurtigere end planlagt og hvilke langsigtede beslutninger, politikerne skal tr\u00e6ffes allerede nu for at komme i m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vi skal holde momentum i den gr\u00f8nne omstilling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dKlimavidenskaben viser, at der skal meget mere fart p\u00e5 den gr\u00f8nne omstilling. Et m\u00e5l i 2040 vil underst\u00f8tte den n\u00f8dvendige klimahandling nu, hvorimod et 2045-m\u00e5l vil tillade os at sl\u00e6kke p\u00e5 tempoet, fordi det reelt ikke stiller krav om yderligere handling p\u00e5 kort sigt i flere sektorer,\u201d siger direkt\u00f8r Christian Ibsen, CONCITO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scenariet bygger p\u00e5 fremtidsbilleder fra de fire sektorer. De viser, at med markante reduktioner i alle sektorer kan vi n\u00e5 ned p\u00e5 en restudledning p\u00e5 9,5 mio. tons i 2040. De tilbagev\u00e6rende udledningerne vil i overvejende grad komme fra landbrug og arealer, som kan kompenseres via negative udledninger. Det kan ske enten teknisk ved at fange og lagre CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;fra fabriksskorstenen eller atmosf\u00e6ren eller via naturbaserede l\u00f8sninger som optag i skov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Regeringens m\u00e5l om 2045 l\u00f8ser ikke opgaven<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den nye SVM-regering har rykket Klimalovens 2050-m\u00e5l for klimaneutralitet frem til 2045. Den har ogs\u00e5 sat et m\u00e5l om 110 pct. reduktion i 2050, hvor Danmark alts\u00e5 skal optage mere CO<sub>2<\/sub>, end der bliver udledt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dDet er godt, at m\u00e5let er rykket frem, men det er ikke ambiti\u00f8st nok. Hverken n\u00e5r man lytter til, hvad klimavidenskaber siger, eller n\u00e5r vi ser p\u00e5, hvad sammenlignelige lande omkring os g\u00f8r. Jo tidligere Danmark opn\u00e5r klimaneutralitet, jo mindre bliver udfordringen for kommende generationer. Ved at s\u00e6tte et mindre ambiti\u00f8st m\u00e5l, skubber vi de store omkostninger til de n\u00e6ste generationer,\u201d siger Christian Ibsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stort behov for at tr\u00e6ffe beslutninger og handle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fremrykning af klimam\u00e5let vil kr\u00e6ve v\u00e6sentlige, \u00f8konomiske investeringer. Uden at konkretisere det n\u00f8jagtige omfang anviser&nbsp;CONCITO i scenariet&nbsp;de mest optimale veje at g\u00e5 samfundsm\u00e6ssigt og peger p\u00e5, hvilke konkrete initiativer, det kr\u00e6ver fra politisk side. Det argumenterer ogs\u00e5 for, at jo tidligere vi kommer i gang, jo bedre er det for investeringssikkerheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dKlimaneutralitet i 2040 kr\u00e6ver fremsynede beslutninger om markant \u00f8get klimahandling nu. Samtidig st\u00e5r vi ikke til at indfri de eksisterende klimam\u00e5l for 2025 og 2030, s\u00e5 samlet set er der behov for en betydelig st\u00e6rkere implementeringskraft. Derfor foresl\u00e5r vi ogs\u00e5 helt konkrete virkemidler, der kan f\u00e5 det til at ske,\u201d siger direkt\u00f8r Christian Ibsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flere lande omkring Danmark har sk\u00e6rpet deres m\u00e5l.
