Og danskerne vendte tilbage til udenlandske feriestr\u00f8g<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der er fortsat stor eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter at leje sommerhus i Danmark, og nok engang blev der sat en ny rekord for udlejningsaktivitet p\u00e5 sommerhusmarkedet. Antallet af udlejede hus-uger endte i 2022 p\u00e5 hele 777.655 uger mod den hidtidige rekord fra \u00e5ret f\u00f8r p\u00e5 713.978 uger \u2013 en fremgang p\u00e5 hele 8,9 %, viser nye tal fra&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dst.dk\/da\/\">Danmarks Statistik<\/a>, som&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rd.dk\/\">Realkredit Danmark<\/a>&nbsp;og&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/home.dk\/\">Home<\/a>&nbsp;har set n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rekorden skyldes is\u00e6r, at tyskerne i stor stil vendte tilbage til de danske sommerhuse efter et par \u00e5r med mindre eftersp\u00f8rgsel p\u00e5 grund af&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sst.dk\/da\/corona\">Covid-19-pandemien<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dDet mere end kompenserede for, at danskerne igen i langt h\u00f8jere grad s\u00f8gte mod udenlandske himmelstr\u00f8g sidste \u00e5r, og reducerede deres sommerhusferier med hele 43 % i 2022,\u201d siger chef\u00f8konom Christian Hilligs\u00f8e Heinig fra Realkredit Danmark.<br><br>Samlet set bookede tyskerne 539.836 uger i danske sommerhuse i 2022 \u2013 en fremgang p\u00e5 44 % i forhold til 2021. Tyskerne st\u00e5r atter for omtrent 70 % af de bookede udlejningsuger p\u00e5 sommerhusmarkedet og er dermed tilbage p\u00e5 den andel af udlejningsmarkedet, som vi har set gennem en l\u00e6ngere \u00e5rr\u00e6kke, bortset fra de senere \u00e5r med rejserestriktioner.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vi holder ferie &#8216;som vi plejer&#8217;<\/strong><br>Dermed ser det ud til, at danskernes feriem\u00f8nstre i h\u00f8j grad er vendt tilbage til normalen f\u00f8r corona, p\u00e5peger Home.<br><br>Helt generelt er det danskerne og tyskerne, som st\u00e5r for eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter at leje danske sommerhuse, og tilsammen udg\u00f8r de hele 93 % af udlejningsmarkedet i 2022. Vores svenske og norske naboer er ikke s\u00e5 flittige g\u00e6ster i sommerlandet. De st\u00e5r samlet set for blot 2,4 % af de udlejede hus-uger.
