Hele 80 millioner liter Classic blev i 2022 langet over bardisken eller k\u00f8rte en tur ned ad kasseb\u00e5ndet i butikkerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er en stigning p\u00e5 21% i forhold til \u00e5r 2020, da salget n\u00e5ede 66,1 millioner liter, fremg\u00e5r det af indberetninger fra Bryggeriforeningens medlemmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dermed har danskerne for alvor f\u00e5et smag for Classic, der er brygget p\u00e5 m\u00f8rkere malte end Pilsner og derfor har en lidt s\u00f8dere og fyldigere smag \u2013 og fremst\u00e5r lidt m\u00f8rkere i glasset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Classic blev brygget for f\u00f8rste gang i Danmark i 1993 som en genintroduktion af det klassiske Wiener-\u00f8l, der har sin oprindelse i \u00d8strig-Ungarn, og som i lighed med Pilsner er en lager\u00f8l brygget ved kolde temperaturer med underg\u00e6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilsner har igennem de senere \u00e5r tegnet sig for en stadigt lavere andel af \u00f8lsalget i Danmark, men er absolut fortsat de danske \u00f8l-nyderes foretrukne \u00f8l. Der stod s\u00e5ledes Pilsner p\u00e5 58,7% af alle de \u00f8l, som blev nydt i 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00f8rst fremgang i populariteten er der for India Pale Ale (IPA) og Hvede\u00f8l, som begge nyder godt af en fordobling i salget fra 2020 til 2022.
