Hos softwarevirksomheden er administrerende direkt\u00f8r Anders Ren\u00e9 Andersen stolt af \u00e5rets resultater, som if\u00f8lge ham skaber grobund for virksomhedens yderligere v\u00e6kstm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Med en oms\u00e6tningsfremgang p\u00e5 12,9 mio. kroner, svarende til en v\u00e6kst p\u00e5 6,1% i forhold til \u00e5ret f\u00f8r, fastholder Visma Enterprise sin profitmargin p\u00e5 19,1%, hvilket er p\u00e5 niveau med 2021. P\u00e5 bundlinjen leverer softwarevirksomheden en v\u00e6kst p\u00e5 5,3%. Den positive v\u00e6kstfremgang p\u00e5 b\u00e5de top og bund er blandt andet resultatet af tidligere \u00e5rs fokus p\u00e5 at optimere og udvide softwarevirksomhedens samlede suite med nye, bedre l\u00f8sninger og services, som kunderne har taget godt imod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anders Ren\u00e9 Andersen, der tiltr\u00e5dte som administrerende direkt\u00f8r i august 2022, er meget tilfreds og betegner \u00e5rets resultater som et st\u00e6rkt fundament at bygge videre p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dMed m\u00e5let om hele tiden at im\u00f8dekomme kundernes fremtidige krav og behov for l\u00f8sninger, der underst\u00f8tter en moderne og hybrid arbejdsplads, har vores strategi altid v\u00e6ret at geninvestere en stor del af overskuddet i at optimere vores HR- og l\u00f8nl\u00f8sninger. I de senere \u00e5r har fokus v\u00e6ret p\u00e5 vores samlede l\u00f8sning og kundernes brugeroplevelse, hvor vi har investeret i features og l\u00f8sninger, der g\u00f8r deres arbejde lettere og hurtigere. Det er blandt andet de investeringer, vi ser resultaterne af nu. Med et bredere og st\u00e6rkere v\u00e6rditilbud er vi samtidig blevet mere attraktive over for nye og andre kunder end tidligere, hvilket ogs\u00e5 afspejler sig i vores \u00e5rsresultat. Vi oplever ogs\u00e5, at flere og flere kunder helt outsourcer h\u00e5ndteringen af l\u00f8n, og der er vi en god samarbejdspartner,\u201d udtaler adm. direkt\u00f8r Anders Ren\u00e9 Andersen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visma Enterprises forretningsstrategi er baseret p\u00e5 cloudsoftware og supplerende services, og i 2022 indgik softwarevirksomheden aftale med Amazon Web Services (AWS), verdens st\u00f8rste leverand\u00f8r af cloud infrastruktur, om at underst\u00f8tte virksomhedens HR- og l\u00f8nl\u00f8sninger i skyen. Hos Visma Enterprise m\u00e6rker man ogs\u00e5 den stigende bekymring omkring IT-sikkerhed, og det er derfor ikke tilf\u00e6ldigt, at valget af ny cloud leverand\u00f8r blev AWS, hvis l\u00f8sninger netop er anerkendt for at v\u00e6re sikkerhedsoptimerede, skal\u00e9rbare l\u00f8sninger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dVi skal v\u00e6re de bedste i markedet til det, vi laver, og det foruds\u00e6tter blandt andet, at vi samarbejder med de bedste leverand\u00f8rer til at underst\u00f8tte vores l\u00f8sninger. Med AWS\u2019 infrastruktur, er vi overbevist om, at vi har den bedst sikrede platform til at udvikle og skalere vores forretning til gavn for vores kunder,\u201d siger Anders Ren\u00e9 Andersen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Migreringen af Visma Enterprises l\u00f8nl\u00f8sning til AWS er dog langt fra det eneste, der kommer til at optage softwarevirksomheden i 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dI 2023 vil vi fortsat have fokus p\u00e5 at optimere vores interne processer ved at investere i sikre, smarte og brugervenlige l\u00f8sninger. Den \u00f8velse stopper aldrig. Men det kr\u00e6ver ogs\u00e5, at vi investerer i vores medarbejdere, udvikler dem og im\u00f8dekommer deres behov og \u00f8nsker, s\u00e5 de fortsat har lyst til at arbejde for os. D\u00e9t er et fokusomr\u00e5de, vi investerer mange ressourcer i. Fx valgte vi sidste \u00e5r at opdatere vores barselspolitik og ligestille b\u00e5de mor og far med 26 ugers barsel med fuld l\u00f8n, og for nylig pr\u00e6senterede vi en ny senkarriere-politik. Begge indsatser er strategiske investeringer, som jeg er overbevist om bliver afg\u00f8rende for vores forretning p\u00e5 den lange bane,\u201d pointerer den administrerende direkt\u00f8r og tilf\u00f8jer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dVi st\u00e5r pt p\u00e5 et meget st\u00e6rkt fundament, som dels best\u00e5r af dygtige medarbejdere og dels af nogle af markedets bedste l\u00f8sninger.
