Det er if\u00f8lge ejendomsm\u00e6glerk\u00e6den Estate is\u00e6r den h\u00f8je besk\u00e6ftigelse og de strammere l\u00e5neregler, indf\u00f8rt efter finanskrisen, som kan forklare den lave grad af sortsyn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"25\" src=\"http:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/0.png\" alt=\"www.scandinavianoffice.net - overs\u00e6ttelse til svensk\" class=\"wp-image-999\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/0.png 500w, https:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/0-300x15.png 300w, https:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/0-495x25.png 495w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selvom inflationen er den h\u00f8jeste siden 1970&#8217;erne, ser det ikke ud til, at den vil f\u00e5 os til at g\u00e5 fra hus og hjem. I en ny befolkningsunders\u00f8gelse, som analyseinstituttet Epinion har lavet for ejendomsm\u00e6glerk\u00e6den Estate, svarer 89 procent nemlig, at de ikke er i risiko for at skifte bolig i \u00e5r p\u00e5 grund af inflationen. Kun 5 procent mener, at inflationen kan f\u00e5 dem til at f\u00e5 nye adresse i 2023, mens 7 pct. svarer ved ikke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Estate ser man m\u00e5lingen som et udtryk for, at flertallet har en sund og solid privat\u00f8konomi, som er gearet til at klare turbulenser i samfunds\u00f8konomien som den nuv\u00e6rende inflation og de stigende renter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Det er utroligt positivt, at s\u00e5 mange har styr p\u00e5 deres bolig\u00f8konomi under s\u00e5 kr\u00e6vende forhold, som vi oplever lige nu og givetvis bliver ved med at se ind i for en periode. Det tyder p\u00e5, at vi har v\u00e6ret gode til at l\u00e6re af fortidens kriser og denne gang st\u00e5r st\u00e6rkt, n\u00e5r stormen rammer, siger Thomas Hovgaard, der er presseansvarlig i Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Han mener, at den h\u00f8je optimisme for egen bolig\u00f8konomi is\u00e6r skyldes de stramninger, der blev indf\u00f8rt i k\u00f8lvandet p\u00e5 finanskrisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Hvis man husker tilbage til tiden efter 2008 og alle tvangsauktionerne, var det jo en forf\u00e6rdelig tid, hvor folk mistede store v\u00e6rdier, og hvor mange m\u00e5tte flytte, fordi de ikke havde r\u00e5d til at blive boende i deres boliger. Der er vi heldigvis langt fra i dag, og vi skylder alle sammen tak til de ansvarlige politikerne, der lavede de n\u00f8dvendige reformer, siger Thomas Hovgaard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At kun fem procent vurderer, at inflationen kan ende med at tvinge dem til at skifte bolig i 2023, skyldes i h\u00f8j grad ogs\u00e5, at vi aldrig har haft en h\u00f8jere besk\u00e6ftigelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Ved sidste krise mistede mange ogs\u00e5 deres job, og derfor blev det for mange umuligt at betale de faste udgifter. Der er vi ikke nu.
