Det st\u00e5r klart efter dagens repr\u00e6sentantskabsm\u00f8de i TryghedsGruppen. Den hidtidige formand gennem de seneste fire \u00e5r, Ida Sofie Jensen, genopstillede ikke, da hun havde siddet 12 \u00e5r i bestyrelsen og derfor udtr\u00e5dte som f\u00f8lge af \u00e5rem\u00e5lsbestemmelserne i vedt\u00e6gterne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00f8rn Rise Andersen, Claus Wistoft og Jens Otto St\u00f8rup opn\u00e5ede alle genvalg til bestyrelsen, mens Karen Bladt blev valgt ind som nyt medlem. Bestyrelsen konstituerede sig efterf\u00f8lgende med J\u00f8rn Rise Andersen som ny formand og Magnus Skovrind Pedersen og Torben Jensen som n\u00e6stform\u00e6nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00f8rn Rise Andersen har siddet i TryghedsGruppens repr\u00e6sentantskab siden 2011, i TryghedsGruppens bestyrelse siden 2019 og i Trygs bestyrelse siden 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dDer skal lyde en overordentlig stor tak til Ida Sofie Jensen for hele 12\u00e5r i bestyrelsen, heraf de seneste fire \u00e5r som formand, hvor hun har bidraget til en r\u00e6kke v\u00e6sentlige skridt for TryghedsGruppen. Det g\u00e6lder fx implementeringen af en ny strategi for TrygFondens almennyttige arbejde og TryghedsGruppens finansielle opbakning til Trygs opk\u00f8b af RSA\u2019s skandinaviske aktiviteter. Et opk\u00f8b som har styrket Trygs position p\u00e5 det skandinaviske forsikringsmarked og tegner positivt for Trygs fortsatte v\u00e6kst,\u201d siger J\u00f8rn Rise Andersen, ny formand for TryghedsGruppens bestyrelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dJeg gl\u00e6der mig til at bidrage til arbejdet med fortsat at udvikle TryghedsGruppens rolle og position, herunder at styrke medlemsdemokratiet i TryghedsGruppen, \u00f8ge vores ejerandel af Tryg samt yde et m\u00e6rkbart bidrag til at g\u00f8re Danmark mere trygt,\u201d siger J\u00f8rn Rise Andersen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00d8vrige personvalg<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bestyrelsen indstillede J\u00f8rn Rise Andersen (genvalg), Claus Wistoft (genvalg) og Anne Kaltoft (nyvalg) som TryghedsGruppens kandidater til Trygs bestyrelse. Trygs bestyrelse v\u00e6lges p\u00e5 Trygs generalforsamling den 30. marts 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jens Bigum blev genvalgt som formand for TryghedsGruppens repr\u00e6sentantskab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anna Hansen, Rune Holm og Lars J. \u00d8stergaard blev valgt af repr\u00e6sentantskabet til bestyrelsens bevillingsudvalg. Bestyrelsen konstituerede sig desuden med bestyrelsesmedlemmerne Magnus Skovrind Pedersen (formand), Anne Kaltoft og Jens Otto St\u00f8rup som medlemmer af bevillingsudvalget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lena Baunsgaard Pedersen, Heidi Alsing og J\u00f8rn E. E.
