Derfor har EjendomDanmark ogs\u00e5 et markant fokus p\u00e5 at underst\u00f8tte medlemmerne i arbejdet mod at sikre en mere b\u00e6redygtig og ansvarlig ejendomsbranche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fra den 1. maj 2023 kommer Mette Qvist til at spille en stor rolle i den indsats, n\u00e5r hun tiltr\u00e6der som underdirekt\u00f8r i EjendomDanmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dFor mig er der en stor drivkraft i at v\u00e6re med til at g\u00f8re en forskel ude i virkeligheden, og det f\u00e5r jeg i min kommende rolle en unik mulighed for. Jeg gl\u00e6der mig til at m\u00f8de b\u00e5de nye og velkendte ansigter blandt medlemmer og samarbejdspartnere \u2013 og ikke mindst til at skubbe p\u00e5 det samlede ESG-omr\u00e5de for branchens bedste,\u201d siger Mette Qvist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ude i virkeligheden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er ogs\u00e5 det branchem\u00e6ssige fokus p\u00e5 at sikre en \u00f8get b\u00e6redygtighed, som EjendomDanmarks adm. direkt\u00f8r Peter Stenholm s\u00e6rligt har fokus p\u00e5:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dI den virkelighed, hvor medlemmerne agerer, er b\u00e6redygtighed og ESG-indsatser langt mere komplekse, end de er i et direktiv eller en lovtekst. Derfor er jeg meget glad for, at vi nu f\u00e5r en unik ressource ind, som kan underst\u00f8tte EjendomDanmark og ejendomsbranchen i den gr\u00f8nne omstilling, som vi st\u00e5r midt i,\u201d siger Peter Stenholm og henviser til organisationens ambitioner p\u00e5 det gr\u00f8nne omr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kort f\u00f8r \u00e5rsskiftet vedtog EjendomDanmarks bestyrelse nemlig en ny strategi, hvor de to fokuspunkter i organisationens virke \u2013 interessevaretagelse og medlemstilbud \u2013 ogs\u00e5 hviler p\u00e5 en ambition om at hj\u00e6lpe b\u00e5de branche og samfund i en mere b\u00e6redygtig og ansvarlig retning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EjendomDanmarks kommende underdirekt\u00f8r Mette Qvist kommer senest fra en stilling som CEO hos R\u00e5det for B\u00e6redygtigt Byggeri (tidligere Green Building Council Denmark), der arbejder for at fremme b\u00e6redygtighedsdagsordenen i bygge- og ejendomsbranchen i Danmark blandt andet via DGNB-certificeringer. Mens Mette Qvist har st\u00e5et i spidsen for organisationen, er den vokset fra 85 til 700+ medlemmer, og medarbejderstaben er g\u00e5et fra tre personer i 2012 til 50 i 2023.
