Det er blot \u00e9t af mange omr\u00e5der p\u00e5 Danmarks Statistiks nye temaside om digitalisering.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"25\" src=\"https:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/0.png\" alt=\"www.scandinavianoffice.net - overs\u00e6ttelse til svensk\" class=\"wp-image-999\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/0.png 500w, https:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/0-300x15.png 300w, https:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/0-495x25.png 495w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At k\u00f8be sit t\u00f8j og sko p\u00e5 nettet, mens man ser en god serie, i stedet for at skulle ned p\u00e5 g\u00e5gaden eller i shoppingcentret. Det er opskriften p\u00e5 en indk\u00f8bstur for flere og flere danskere. Internethandel har v\u00e6ret stigende i popularitet i mange \u00e5r og n\u00e5ede en forel\u00f8big top under COVID-19-nedlukningerne, da b\u00e5de restauranter og barer lukkede, og vi samtidig blev bedt om at isolere os i eget hjem. Det var en god anledning til at bestille takeaway, shoppe lidt ekstra p\u00e5 nettet og at l\u00e6gge sine dagligvarer i en virtuel kurv i stedet for en fysisk indk\u00f8bskurv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efter gen\u00e5bningen er onlinehandlens popularitet faldet en smule, men den ligger fortsat p\u00e5 et h\u00f8jt niveau. I 2022 havde 78 pct. af de 16-74-\u00e5rige handlet varer online de seneste tre m\u00e5neder, da de blev spurgt i forbindelse med unders\u00f8gelsen til Danmarks Statistiks publikation&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dst.dk\/da\/Statistik\/nyheder-analyser-publ\/Publikationer\/VisPub?cid=44692\">It-anvendelse i befolkningen 2022<\/a>. I 2012 gjaldt det 60 pct. af befolkningen. Tallene kan ogs\u00e5 findes p\u00e5&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dst.dk\/digitalisering\">Danmarks Statistiks nye temaside om digitalisering<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dInternethandel har v\u00e6ret st\u00f8t stigende i mange \u00e5r. Under COVID-19-pandemien tog stigningen fart, og flere fik \u00f8jnene op for online handel. Nu ser vi et fald fra 2021 til 2022, som hovedsageligt skyldes, at vi k\u00f8ber mindre takeaway, efter restauranter og caf\u00e9er igen m\u00e5 servere mad og drikke. I 2022 bestilte 69 pct. af dem, der havde handlet online inden for de seneste tre m\u00e5neder, varer i denne kategori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samlet set er digitale tjenester dog mere popul\u00e6re end bekl\u00e6dningsgenstande og blev k\u00f8bt af 89 pct. af online-shopperne. Herunder findes varer, der ikke er fysiske, s\u00e5som abonnementer til streaming af serier og film, adgang til e-b\u00f8ger, billetter til fx biografer og koncerter samt online spil. 64 pct. k\u00f8bte adgang til film og serier, hvilket g\u00f8r kategorien til den mest popul\u00e6re inden for digitale tjenester og den n\u00e6stmest popul\u00e6re inden for online handel i alt efter t\u00f8j, sko og accessories.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Top 13 k\u00f8b af varer p\u00e5 internettet inden for de seneste tre m\u00e5neder blandt de e-handlende<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/via.ritzau.dk\/data\/images\/public\/3274962\/13682220\/a7db3a51-86f4-4416-b33a-a06f6e9b1ead-w_720.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/via.ritzau.dk\/data\/images\/public\/3274962\/13682220\/a7db3a51-86f4-4416-b33a-a06f6e9b1ead-w_360.png 360w, https:\/\/via.ritzau.dk\/data\/images\/public\/3274962\/13682220\/a7db3a51-86f4-4416-b33a-a06f6e9b1ead-w_720.png 720w, https:\/\/via.ritzau.dk\/data\/images\/public\/3274962\/13682220\/a7db3a51-86f4-4416-b33a-a06f6e9b1ead-w_960.png 960w\" alt=\"null\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kilde:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dst.dk\/da\/Statistik\/nyheder-analyser-publ\/Publikationer\/VisPub?cid=44692\">It-anvendelse i befolkningen 2022<\/a>, Danmarks Statistik<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stigning i svindel&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I 2019, hvor&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/databrowser\/view\/isoc_ec_iprb\/default\/table?lang=en\">de seneste tal fra Eurostat<\/a>&nbsp;er fra, blev 3 pct. af de danskere, der handlede online, udsat for svindel. Det er p\u00e5 niveau med EU-gennemsnittet. I 2017 l\u00f8d tallet for danskere, der var blevet svindlet, p\u00e5 2 pct. Med 11 pct. af de e-handlende er Malta det land, hvor flest EU-borgere kom galt afsted og blev svindlet i forbindelse med internethandel i 2019 .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I 4. kvartal 2022 steg svindelen med danske betalingskort efter en faldende tendens siden 2016,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.statistikbanken.dk\/DNBSMIS\">viser tal fra Nationalbanken<\/a>. Niveauet er dog fortsat lavere end i 2016, hvor danske betalingskort blev misbrugt i forbindelse med internethandel 95.000 gange for samlet 86 mio. kr. i 1. kvartal. Syv \u00e5r senere i 1. kvartal 2023 var antallet halveret til 50.000 misbrug for samlet 60 mio. kr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00f8rstedelen af svindlen med danske betalingskort sker ved handler, hvor betalingen g\u00e5r til udlandet.
