DKK. Det oplyste WPU mandag den 31. juli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Udover at Vitol investerer massivt i WPU, udvider og forst\u00e6rker parterne samtidig samarbejdet, hvad ang\u00e5r salg af fremtidig produktion fra WPU\u2019s fabrikker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Potentiale i international udvidelse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WPU begyndte produktion p\u00e5 sin f\u00f8rste fabrik i F\u00e5revejle tidligere i \u00e5r, og i juni blev den f\u00f8rste last p\u00e5 33 ton plastikolie afsat til Vitol og sendt afsted til udlandet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dI WPU har vi kn\u00e6kket koden og vist, at vi kan kommercialisere pyrolyse og omdannelsen af plastikaffald til olieprodukter, mens Vitol ved alt om raffinering og har et enormt, verdensomsp\u00e6ndende netv\u00e6rk, som vi kan drage fordel af. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de sikrer den nye aftale og Vitols \u00f8gede ejerskab b\u00e5de os og dem en r\u00e6kke fordele og muligheder. Der er med andre ord god grund til at se lyst p\u00e5 fremtiden,\u201d siger WPU\u2019s formand, Niels Stielund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vitol ser et stort potentiale i at udrulle WPU\u2019s teknologi p\u00e5 verdensplan, hvor markedet for at give plastikaffald nyt liv, endnu er uopdyrket. Med den nye aftale har virksomheden sikret sig mulighed for at afgive tilbud p\u00e5 finansieringen af fremtidige fabrikker uden for Danmarks gr\u00e6nser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Flere fordele for WPU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den nye aftale sikrer derudover en r\u00e6kke forbedrede vilk\u00e5r for WPU. Prisen for den del af produktionen, der bliver til voks, er nu fastsat h\u00f8jere end indledningsvis forventet, hvilket styrker udsigten til \u00f8get afkast fra WPU\u2019s fabrikker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kontraktl\u00e6ngden for leveringsaftalerne til Vitol er forl\u00e6nget til 10 \u00e5r fra produktionsstart p\u00e5 alle fabrikker. Tidligere l\u00f8d de p\u00e5 3 \u00e5r med option p\u00e5 at forl\u00e6nge i yderligere 2 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chef for Vitols nafta-afdeling Tom Baker gl\u00e6der sig over det udvidede samarbejde med WPU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dHos Vitol er vi meget tilfredse med, at vi forts\u00e6tter vores partnerskab med WPU i den n\u00e6ste v\u00e6kstfase. Vi har v\u00e6ret meget imponerede over det, som WPU\u2019s team har opn\u00e5et frem til i dag, og vi vil forts\u00e6tte med at v\u00e6re involveret og st\u00f8tte virksomheden i at udvikle sin forretning,\u201d siger han.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fabrikker i Nakskov og Esbjerg er planlagt, og med den nye aftale med Vitol \u00a0geninvesterer de s\u00e6lgende aktion\u00e6rer 50 mio. DKK i opf\u00f8relsen af fabrikken i Nakskov, der dermed er t\u00e6t p\u00e5 at v\u00e6re fuldt finansieret.
