Den positive udvikling i oms\u00e6tningen kommer efter salgsfremgang flere kvartaler i tr\u00e6k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CEO i HusCompagniet, Martin Ravn-Nielsen, siger:&nbsp;\u201c<em>Vi er glade for at se, at markedsbetingelserne for is\u00e6r enfamiliehuse fortsat blev forbedret. Selvom forbrugertilliden fortsat var lav, har salget i d\u00e9n del af forretningen taget fart i 1. halv\u00e5r 2025. Samtidig indgik vi b\u00e5de mindre og st\u00f8rre kontrakter i r\u00e6kkehusforretningen og fortsatte med at \u00f8ge vores samlede ordrebeholdning.<\/em><em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bruttomarginen<sup>[1]<\/sup>&nbsp;faldt til 18,9% i 1. halv\u00e5r 2025 fra 21,9% i 1. halv\u00e5r 2024. Udviklingen skyldtes lavere bidrag fra r\u00e6kkehussegmentet, som var p\u00e5virket af effekten af enkelte projekter i HC Elements med utilfredsstillende lave marginer, timing af projektleverancer, en lavere andel af projekter p\u00e5 egen jord og et \u00e6ndret produktmiks. EBITDA udgjorde 39 mio. kr. svarende til en margin p\u00e5 2,9% sammenlignet med 49 mio. kr. og en margin p\u00e5 4,6% i 1. halv\u00e5r 2024. EBIT udgjorde 18 mio. kr. mod 24 mio. kr. i 1. halv\u00e5r 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I 1. halv\u00e5r 2025 steg salget med 10% til 701 huse (enheder) og antallet af leveringer med 3% til 394 huse. Fremgangen var drevet af forretningen for enfamiliehuse og underst\u00f8ttet af den svenske forretning.
