Bestyrelsen styrkes nu med to internationale profiler i Aliz Tepfenhart (51) og Giny Boer (62). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aliz Tepfenhart har stor erfaring fra ledende stillinger i bl.a. Burda Digital, hvor hun har haft ansvar for strategi og digital udvikling. Hun har tidligere arbejdet med e-commerce, omnichannel-strategier og forretningsudvikling p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af markeder inklusiv \u00d8steuropa. Aliz Tepfenhart er kendt for sin evne til at oms\u00e6tte data og teknologi til konkrete forbrugerfordele og har v\u00e6ret en drivkraft bag flere succesfulde digitale initiativer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Giny Boer har en lang karriere i international retail, senest som CEO for C&amp;A Europe. Hun har tidligere haft ledende roller hos IKEA og har stor erfaring med forandringsledelse, b\u00e6redygtighed og kundeoplevelser. Giny Boer har gennem sin karriere haft fokus p\u00e5 at skabe v\u00e6kst gennem innovation og ansvarlighed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bestyrelsesformand i Salling Group, Bj\u00f8rn Gulden, gl\u00e6der sig til at byde de to nye medlemmer velkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Jeg er meget begejstret for at byde Aliz Tepfenhart og Giny Boer velkommen i Salling Groups bestyrelse.
