Det n\u00f8dvendigg\u00f8r en udvidelse af arbejdsstyrken og stiller nye krav til virksomheders rekrutteringsstrategier. Et nyt projekt ledet af videnshuset Cabi kl\u00e6der virksomheder p\u00e5 til at finde gr\u00f8n arbejdskraft blandt ledige fra kanten af arbejdsmarkedet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/scandinavianbusiness.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-2-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-946\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Den seneste analyse fra Concito (2022) viser, at den gr\u00f8nne omstilling vil eftersp\u00f8rge 50.000 jobs i 2030. Det er en stigning p\u00e5 20.000 flere job pr. \u00e5r i forhold til i dag. Mange vil kr\u00e6ve h\u00f8jtuddannet, fagl\u00e6rt eller specialiseret arbejdskraft, men der vil ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re gr\u00f8nne opgaver, som kan udf\u00f8res af ledige fra kanten af arbejdsmarkedet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projektet \u201dGr\u00f8n omstilling \u2013 en n\u00f8glebrik til social inklusion\u201d kobler gr\u00f8n omstilling og social inklusion og skal bidrage til, at flere udsatte ledige bliver kvalificeret til at l\u00f8se konkrete gr\u00f8nne opgaver i virksomhederne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projektet er st\u00f8ttet med 17,6 mio. kr. af Den Europ\u00e6iske Socialfond og Danmarks Erhvervsfremmebestyrelse og l\u00f8ber fra 2023 til primo 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabi, som er en non-profit organisation, der arbejder for at styrke social ansvarlighed p\u00e5 arbejdsmarked, ser et stort potentiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dGr\u00f8n omstilling og social inklusion er hver is\u00e6r meget vigtige dagsordner, som vi mener kan underst\u00f8tte hinanden og dermed sikre gr\u00f8n arbejdskraft til fremtiden. N\u00e5r vi kobler to s\u00e5 store emner sammen, kalder det p\u00e5 samarbejder p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af mange akt\u00f8rer. Dem har vi samlet i dette projekt\u201d<\/em>, fort\u00e6ller Ea Nielsen, souschef i Cabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et afg\u00f8rende element i projektet er netop et t\u00e6t samarbejde mellem Cabi, virksomheder, erhvervsorganisationer, erhvervsskoler og en r\u00e6kke kommuner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Med i projektet er Erhvervsr\u00e5d Herning-Ikast-Brande, Ikast-Brande Kommune, Herning Kommune, Herningsholm Erhvervsskole, Esbjerg Kommune, GreenSkills Esbjerg, Learnmark Horsens, Hedensted Erhverv, Hedensted Kommune, Holstebro Kommune, UC Holstebro, Holstebro Er-hvervsforum og Erhvervshus Midtjylland.
